Benzyl alcohol
The preservative in bacteriostatic water, at 0.9% (9 mg/mL) or 1.1% (11 mg/mL). The label is headed "WARNING: NOT FOR USE IN NEONATES" and lists use in neonates as a contraindication because of potential toxicity.
