Peptide titration calculator
Calculator example, not a recommended amount
Cited schedule in use:
- Schedule length
- 8 weeks
- Total material
- 20 mg
- Vials needed
- 2
| Weeks | Amount | Units on a U-100 syringe |
|---|---|---|
| 1-2 | 1 mg | 20 |
| 3-4 | 2 mg | 40 |
| 5-6 | 3 mg | 60 |
| 7-8 | 4 mg | 80 |
Each step is the first amount plus the increase, repeated until the target. Total material adds every step at the administrations per week you enter; vials needed is that total divided by the vial size, rounded up. Arithmetic only.
How to use this calculator
- Enter the first step and the increase. Type the amount of the first step in mg and how much it increases at each step.
- Enter the length and the target. Type the whole weeks per step, the target amount and the weeks spent at the target.
- Enter the vial and the water. Type the vial size in mg, the water added in mL and the administrations per week.
- Read the schedule. The table lists each step with its weeks, amount and syringe units, followed by the total material and the vials needed.
Questions
How is the schedule built?
Each step is the first amount plus the increase, repeated for the weeks per step until the target. The target is then held for the weeks you enter. Units are the step amount divided by the concentration, times 100.
Why is there no default schedule?
A schedule is shown only when you enter it or when a cited schedule of the compound is an even escalation, with its source and evidence grade. Otherwise the starting values are round numbers labelled "Calculator example, not a recommended amount".
How is total material calculated?
Every step amount is multiplied by the administrations per week and the weeks of the step, then added up. Vials needed is the total divided by the vial size, rounded up.
Is this calculator medical advice?
No. It does arithmetic on figures you enter or on cited figures shown with their source and evidence grade. It is an educational tool, not medical advice and not a recommendation. The compounds covered here are research materials, not approved drugs.
