Semax Dosage Calculator
Units on a U-100 syringe, the volume to draw, doses per vial and doses per week for this compound. Vial sizes come from the catalogue and published sources; cited options show their source and evidence grade.

The water volume is the amount you add to the vial; 2 mL is a starting value you can change. Doses per vial is arithmetic only and ignores any volume left in the vial or the needle.
How to use this calculator
- Choose the vial size. Enter the vial contents in mg, or use one of the size buttons.
- Enter the water added. Enter the volume of bacteriostatic water added to the vial, in mL.
- Enter the amount and the frequency. Type the amount per administration in mcg and the number of administrations per week, or use a cited option, which shows its source and evidence grade.
- Read the figures. Units on a U-100 syringe, the volume to draw, doses per vial and doses per week update as you type.
Questions
How do I work out syringe units for Semax?
Divide the vial contents in mg by the water added in mL to get the concentration. Divide the amount per administration (in mg) by the concentration to get the volume in mL, then multiply by 100 for units on a U-100 syringe. A 10 mg vial with 2 mL of water is 5 mg/mL, and 0.25 mg is 0.05 mL or 5 units.
Where do the cited options come from?
They are figures stored with a source link and an evidence grade from A to E. Grade A is an approved product label, B a trial, C a review, D an animal study and E a community report, which is labelled "Community-reported, not clinically validated". Animal study figures are never offered as amounts here.
Does the calculator recommend an amount?
No. A starting value that is not a cited figure is labelled "Calculator example, not a recommended amount". Type your own figure or use a cited option and read its source.
What does doses per vial mean?
It is the vial contents in mcg divided by the amount per administration. It is arithmetic only and ignores any volume left in the vial or the needle.
Is this calculator medical advice?
No. It does arithmetic on figures you enter or on cited figures shown with their source and evidence grade. It is an educational tool, not medical advice and not a recommendation. The compounds covered here are research materials, not approved drugs.
