Semaglutide Units Chart (15 mg vial)
Worked example
Worked example: a 15 mg vial of Semaglutide with 2 mL of water has a concentration of 7.5 mg/mL, so a 250 mcg example amount reads 3.3333 units and 500 mcg reads 6.6667 units on a U-100 syringe. With 5 mL the same 250 mcg reads 8.3333 units.

How it works
Each cell is units = target amount in mg / concentration x 100, where concentration = vial mass / water volume. For 15 mg in 2 mL the concentration is 7.5 mg/mL, so a 250 mcg example amount is 0.25 / 7.5 x 100 = 3.3333 units.
Frequently asked questions
How many units is 250 mcg of Semaglutide from a 15 mg vial?
It depends on the water volume: 1.6667 units with 1 mL, 3.3333 with 2 mL, 5 with 3 mL and 8.3333 with 5 mL in a 15 mg vial.
Why does adding more water change the unit reading?
More water lowers the concentration, from 15 mg/mL at 1 mL to 3 mg/mL at 5 mL, so the same target amount occupies more volume and reads more units.
How much Semaglutide is in one unit on a U-100 syringe?
One unit is 0.01 mL. At 7.5 mg/mL (the 2 mL row) one unit holds 75 mcg of Semaglutide.
