Once-weekly co-administration of cagrilintide (an amylin analogue) and semaglutide (a GLP-1 receptor agonist). In the 68-week phase 3a REDEFINE 1 trial in adults with overweight or obesity, cagrilintide 2.4 mg plus semaglutide 2.4 mg gave a mean 20.4% reduction in body weight versus 3.0% with placebo.
Vials in this stack: 2, one per component. The cycle calculator works out the number of vials and the cost of a cycle for each component.
