Every page lists its components, cited figures with evidence grades and the sources behind them.
CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin
Components: CJC-1295, Ipamorelin
C Human review or observational report
A growth-hormone-releasing hormone analogue (CJC-1295) used together with a ghrelin-receptor agonist (ipamorelin). No clinical trial of this combination has been published. A 2026 narrative review describes it among commonly self-administered GH-axis peptides and summarises the evidence and reported adverse effects for each component.
Open CJC-1295 + IpamorelinSemaglutide + Cagrilintide (CagriSema)
Components: Semaglutide, Cagrilintide
B Human clinical trial
Once-weekly co-administration of cagrilintide (an amylin analogue) and semaglutide (a GLP-1 receptor agonist). In the 68-week phase 3a REDEFINE 1 trial in adults with overweight or obesity, cagrilintide 2.4 mg plus semaglutide 2.4 mg gave a mean 20.4% reduction in body weight versus 3.0% with placebo.
